We are unable to accept returns on custom orders, because they are made specifically for you. However you may call about getting a sample of your custom soap so you can see the quality that goes into each of our products.

I'm not sure what I want, can you help me come up with something? A design specialist is complimentary with every custom order. They can can help with matching colors, themes, fragrances and texture ideas.
I know exactly what I want, can I send a color swatch? Absolutely! We are skilled at matching colors from swatches, ribbon, or event pictures.
