I am pretty obsessed with skin care and, consequently, with face masks. Most of the stuff I use is somewhat exfoliating and has acid of some sort in it. That is NOT what this mask is. It is also NOT one of those masks that dries and tightens on your face in an almost painful way. Call me crazy, but I do like a sting-y, painful mask. That is why this is 4 stars and not 5 for me personally. But it's a good mask, and I think it'd appeal to even the mask novice. I enjoy the smell, but I'm somewhat ambivalent about it because I don't love using fragranced things on my face. (I know... scalding acids okay, fragrances not okay. I'm weird.)
