TO USE: Wet both hair and the shampoo bar. Rub shampoo bar directly on the hair, focusing on the scalp. Work into a lather and rinse thoroughly. Follow with conditioner bar if needed. Store your shampoo bar in a cool, dry place between uses. Click here for reusable travel tin
*Make sure your shampoo bar is nice and dry before you put it in the travel tin. Travel tin is NOT made to get wet, it will rust if left in the water. We recommend taking only the shampoo bar into the shower and using the travel tin only if you are taking the shampoo bar on the go! As with all natural soap, keep it nice and dry between uses to extend the life.

I picked this up last year. As I cut my hair shorter, I find the shampoo bars last longer. :D
I finally opened this one today. I think it might be closer to two years old?
It did darken over time, but it smells wonderful!
It almost looks like a dark chocolate cupcake. :D
It still suds amazingly well. I think it might sud more than other shampoo bars I have.
This one is on the softer side, like the Sherlock line shampoo bar.
I love this shampoo bar, as I love all of the other ones I've used from FCS. This one smells amazing and produces a ton of suds. However, this bar doesn't seem to last as long as my others have. It's softer, and even after keeping it in the fridge it's being used up much more quickly than the rest I've tried. Part of this is likely the humidity that has been an issue this summer, and also in part because I don't always allow it to dry before storage (I know I know, user error). I treat this shampoo bar exactly as I've treated every other one I've ever used, if not better, and it's just not lasting. I still love it, and have enough others for when it runs out, I'm just slightly disappointed.
The shampoo bars make my hair so soft and I really like this vanilla scent.
I was a bit disappointed with this scent. I love the shampoo bars, so I'm sure this will work great, but the scent was underwhelming. I expected something very vanilla and buttery, sweet and like frosting on a cake. This was not that. It's an okay scent but it left me feeling disappointed because there are so many great smelling cupcake products and FCS has so many amazing scents available. Definitely not one of my favorites.
I had originally gotten the cupcake shampoo and conditioner bars for myself. After my back sirgery, I need my husband to wash my haor, so using the bar was out.
We had a hard rain during my recovery time and both of our 65 pound dogs were covered in mud, they decided it was the best time to rough house outside. Both boys were covered from head to toe.
We had run out of dog shampoo and the shampoo & condition I was using was almost gone.
I had my husband use the cupcake shampoo and conditioner bars on our dogs (they are short haired dogs (6yo lab/pot mix and a 3yo boxer/pit mix(both rescues)).
The combination of the two bars made their coats so shiny and healthy looking after 1 use. Our 3yo was having issues with skin allergies. We were about to have lab work done to figure it out....the rashes and itching is gone.
We decided for now on, we buy bars for the humans, and a 2nd set for the dogs!!
